Deposits:

To secure your session appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total session. Please note that appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Refunds:

Are not provided unless the issue was due to an error on my part. If you’re dissatisfied with something, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

Cancellations:

Life happens—I get it! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 3 days notice. Rescheduling within this time frame allows your deposit to roll over to your new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Show Policy:

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Multiple no-shows will result in blacklisting of service.
